Node Classification on Biological networks using Deep learning

There are three netwroks which details are provided in the datasets folder

  1. Disease
  2. Protein
  3. RNA

All Four Model code is provided in the code folder

which is divided into four subfolders

  1. DNGR
  2. Deepwalk
  3. node2vec
  4. SDNE

The evaluation of each neetwork on each model is provided in the Evaluation folder within each folder

The documents are provided in the Documents folder
