Adds a “Shortlink” menu to your WP toolbar. When you view a post or page while logged in, you can use this menu to get the shortlink for the post to copy, or share the shortlink via Twitter, Buffer. If a plugin changes the shortlink, such as Jetpack (which uses wp.me shortlinks), this shortlink will be provided instead.
