Before using the codes

Some important aspects you need to do before using the codes:

1. Download the BrainPalimpsest toolbox from https://github.com/BrainDynamicsUSYD/BrainPalimpsest. See the link for steps if you want to play around with the toolbox.
2. Add the path of the BrainPalimpsest toolbox to your Matlab directory.
3. You are ready to go!

File descriptions

1. generate_paper_figures.m: Matlab function to generate the figures of the paper
2. +utils: package folder containing utility functions needed to run generate_paper_figures.m
3. data: folder containing data to reproduce the results of the paper
