Tech part

Text editor built for GNOME on top of PyGObject, Python 3 and GTK+ 3. Project under development so it will be massively changing in time :)

Building

Build time requirements:

• meson (>= 0.49)
• python3 (>= 3.6)
• intltool
• libgranite-dev
• libgtk-3-dev (>= 3.10)
• libgspell-1-dev
• libgtksourceview-4.0-dev (>= 3.24.3)
• libwebkit2gtk-4.0
• python3-gi
• python3-gi-cairo
• gir1.2-gspell-1
• gir1.2-gtksource-3.0
• gir1.2-granite-1.0
• gir1.2-webkit2-4.0

Run meson build to configure the build environment. Change to the build directory and run ninja to build:

meson build --prefix=/usr
ninja -C build

To install, use ninja install, then execute with com.github.tenderowl.norka:

sudo ninja -C build install
com.github.tenderowl.norka
